Rubber Base Coat is the foundation to our gel system. It was developed specifically to use along side our Dehydrator and Builder Gel Products. It is used after Dehydrator for the proper adhesion. It gives extra strength and acts as your natural nails protector. Rubber Base Coat is flexible and bends together with the nail.
Cure Time: 30 - 60 Seconds (LED) / 60 - 120 Seconds (UV)
